Introduction Orion2

The Orion2 can be used as throttle by wire controller. This feature will reduce the amount of inventory that a dealer has to keep for different products. Note that some of the components is not standard in the Orion2 and was built into the harness. These are filtering diodes and voltage level resisters for protection against sensors or harness failure. Orion2 has positive and negative drivers to form an H-bridge. This will allow current to change direction to open or close the butterfly.  

The hardware class will determine features that can be activated on them.

· Standard Class - normal throttle by wire control + idle control + Cold start compensation

· Basic Class - normal throttle by wire control

Read the subfolders for detail installation and setup instructions. First finish the wiring then do the setup as the sub folders are placed, top to bottom in sequence.
